These very useful real-time short messages can be displayed to opted-in profiles even if they are not currently on your website or in your mobile app, which makes it an ideal solution to re-engage profiles and bring them back to your app or your website.

The Actito Push Notifications optional module gives you access to a whole new channel. Like SMS, it is routed through our dedicated partner, but fully integrated into Actito.

You are able to include these messages into your multi-channel strategy by

• creating Push campaigns directly in Actito,

• personalizing the content with data from your Data Model,

• triggering them in your scenarios,

• harnessing the results of these campaigns through the reporting and targeting features.

To access Push campaign, go to the 'Manage push campaigns' app (Catalog > Other campaigns > Manage push campaigns) .
